Submitting a service request does not create a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only after Stars Mobile Mechanics communicates confirmation.

The $60 diagnostic/service-call fee applies as disclosed at booking. Parts, labor and additional services may be quoted separately.

Mobile service depends on safe working conditions, vehicle access, weather, location and whether the requested repair is practical to perform on-site.
